All services provided by Aidhunik Australia are digital in nature. There is no physical delivery. This policy describes how we deliver your completed website project.
1. Digital Delivery
Your completed website is delivered electronically. Delivery methods include:
- Staging link: We provide a preview link for you to review the website before going live
- Domain deployment: Once approved, we deploy the website to your domain
- Source files: If requested, source files are delivered via secure file sharing (Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar)
- Credentials: Login details for CMS, hosting, or admin panel are delivered via email
2. Delivery Timelines
Timelines are measured in business days from the date we receive your deposit payment and all required content from you.

3. Content Requirements
To meet your delivery timeline, you must provide the following within 5 business days of order confirmation:
- All text content (About Us, Services, Contact details, etc.)
- Logo and brand assets (high resolution preferred)
- Any images you wish to use (or authorise us to source stock images)
- Preferred domain name (or we can advise)
Delays in providing content will extend the delivery date accordingly. We will notify you of any timeline impact.
4. Approval Process
- You will receive a staging preview link to review and approve the website
- You have 7 business days to request revisions (up to 2 rounds included)
- If no feedback is received within 7 days, the project is considered approved for final delivery
5. Going Live
- Once approved, we deploy the website to your live domain within 1 business day
- We assist with domain pointing and basic DNS configuration at no extra cost
- Hosting setup (if applicable) will be coordinated with you separately
